You and your team built us a heck of a house. We've been in for just over a year and are truly enjoying our new home.
The mechanical systems are extremely consistent, efficient and quiet. Our home heats and cools quickly and maintains it's temperature and the electrical and plumbing operates flawlessly. The interior finishes are handsome; great work by your finishing carpenters. KDI did excellent work on kitchen, baths and great room cabinetry and surfaces. The conditioned storage works out very well too.
We are grateful we put our trust in Harbin and would be pleased to recommend Harbin to any prospective client.

We want to send you a quick note about your new employee, John Alexander. John has been absolutely wonderful. He is responsive, efficient, and courteous.
As soon as John picked up our warranty case a week ago, he has already taken care of 2 items--just within a couple of days. We are most impressed by his responsiveness--letting us know exactly what to expect and what he's working on. We understand that working with subcontractors take time, and we are ok with waiting. What we appreciate about John is that he lets us know where things stand.
We dare say that John is one of those employees who make any employer/company shine and excel. We feel so valued by John's responsiveness to us.

12/14/21 Friday Morning Greetings from a Happy Customer,
We're happily sitting in our guest cottage drinking coffee in front of the fire and watching Tim and crew busily punching window holes in our house.
But enough of the pleasantries. Here are a few points we want to keep you up to date on from the Customer's perspective.
As could be expected in these times, the vanity top is well over one week overdue with no estimate of new delivery date. I will TRY to talk to someone at H-D headquarters today, but am not optimistic that that will actually make a difference. I know this upsets Harbins' schedule, but also expect you to have always had a contingency plan for dealing with this predictable snag.
We have always understood that the new bathtub in the guest bath would be unavailable until the drywall and painting around the tub and both windows is complete, and THAT won't happen until after the vanity top is received and installed, whenever that may be.
We're okay with not having use of the guest toilet over the weekend (it's currently sitting on the front porch). Tim offered to temporarily re-install, but we said no need: it can wait until after the new tub is wedged in on Monday.
We are just now informed that the window in the master bath will be a simple job, with enough inside access that the toilet there does not need to be temporarily moved. We like that: any time you move plumbing, you create a new chance for leaks.
To sum up: Happy customer.
Sound bite: Harbin people treat you like they are your friends who want to make sure the job is done the way you want it. They are not just professional contractors.

COVID-19 and our addition
Hey Wayne Harbin!
I just thought to send a note of how thankful we are for the space and how we thankfully can only imagine how challenging life would be with all the girls home without it! The bedrooms, laundry, bath and garage (which has become a gym for our swimmers/athletes trying to replace the missed yardage and a bike shop for other exercise activity options) are awesome! Megan, now in the downstairs bedroom, proudly claims how she has relied 100% on the outside shower since she came home from LaSalle early last month (me too)! The place rocks!

Eirlys and I would like to let you - and everyone at Harbin/Home Enhancements – know of our complete satisfaction with our recent bathroom remodeling. You get ten out of ten in all categories.
Every person we came in contact with - whether Harbin employee or contractor - was always a courteous and skilled professional. As with every project, there were occasional “surprises” and necessary mid-course realignments, but they were all handled quickly and satisfactorily, which is the real test of a contractor. Even though our project took place during the year-end holiday season, work was always progressing: there were never any “Where is everybody?” moments. In fact, we were always kept well-informed (by YOU) about the state of things.
If we ever have a need for further work, we will definitely be contacting you. In the meantime, you may be assured that we will be recommending Home Improvements to all our friends.

I wanted to let you know Rodney and Tony and the two other gentlemen Amy arranged, all showed up right on time yesterday successfully getting our mirror from the truck to the house without any problems at all. Rodney and Tony then successfully mounted it in the perfect place on our foyer wall and it looks magnificent! We cannot tell you how much we both greatly appreciate Amy’s superb coordination, Rodney and Tony’s great work, and the extra help from your two additional men yesterday. Like the construction of our home, the people and workmanship were all perfect!!!

Subject: One Year Warranty Oct 3, 2017
The start to this has to be that we are extremely happy with the home that was build for us by Harbin Builders. This is the 6th home we have had built, and without a doubt, the one year report would say this is by all means the best of the group. Our thanks go to Wayne, Brad, Linda and the whole Harbin crew.
